纳卡检测《报告声明》

1. 报告无报告专用章无效，报告无骑缝章无效。
The report without special seal is invalid, and the report without cross seal is invalid.

2. 报告内容需齐全、清楚，涂改无效；报告无相关责任人签字无效。
The content of the report should be complete and clear, and the alteration is invalid; the report is invalid without the signature of the relevant responsible person.

3. 未经本公司书面批准，不得部分复制本报告，也不得将本报告用于商业广告宣传。
Without the written approval of the company, this report shall not be partially copied or used for commercial advertising.

4. 委托检测（监测）的报告只对本次采样/送样的检测结果负责。
The entrusted test (monitoring) report is only responsible for the test results of this sampling / sample sending.

5. 由委托方自行采集送检的样品，本公司仅对送样的测试数据负责，不对样品来源及信息真实性负责。
The client collects the samples for inspection by itself. The company is only responsible for the test data of the samples, not the source of the samples and the authenticity of the information.

6. 如对本报告有异议，请于报告发出十五日内提出，逾期不予受理。
If you have any objection to this report, please raise it within 15 days after the report is sent out. If it is overdue, it will not be accepted.

7. 除客户特别声明并支付保管费外，所有样品超过标准规定时间后不在留样保存。
All samples shall not be kept after the time specified in the standard, except for the special declaration and storage fee paid by the customer.

8. 本公司保证检测的公正性、科学性，对所出具数据负责，并承诺保护客户机密信息和所有权。
The company guarantees the impartiality and scientificity of the test, is responsible for the data issued, and undertakes to protect the confidential information and ownership of customers.

9. 带“*”的检测项目不在CMA能力范围之内。
The test items with "*" are not within the scope of CMA.

10. 报告若未加盖CMA 章，表示本检测报告仅用于客户科研、教学、内部质量控制、产品研发等目的，仅供内部参考。
If the report is not stamped with the CMA seal, that means the test report is only used for scientific research, education, internal quality control, product research and development, and is only for internal reference.
